摘 要:对羧基单体共聚改性聚乙烯醇(CPVA)进行熔融挤出改性,制备了热塑性CPVA(TCPVA)树脂及薄膜。考察了丙三醇(GL)含量对TCPVA树脂熔融结晶行为、熔体流动性能、流变性能及薄膜拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明,TCPVA树脂的熔融温度、熔融焓及结晶温度均低于CPVA;TCPVA树脂的熔体流动速率随GL含量的增大而增大,随测试时间的延长而减小;TCPVA树脂的剪切黏度随GL含量的增大而减小,随测试时间的延长而增加,随剪切速率的增大而减小;TCPVA薄膜的拉伸断裂强度及拉伸模量随GL含量的增大均减小,拉伸断裂延伸率呈先增大后减小的趋势。研究结果表明GL含量对TCPVA树脂及薄膜性质有深刻影响。Thermoplastic carboxyl monomer copolymerization-modified polyvinyl alcohol(TCPVA) resins and films were prepared by a melt extrusion process on carboxyl monomer copolymerizationmodified polyvinyl alcohol(CPVA). The effects of glycerol(GL) content on melting and crystallization behaviors,melt flow properties,and rheological properties of the TCPVA resins,as well as the tensile properties of TCPVA films were investigated. The resuts show that the melting temperatures,melting enthalpies and crystallization temperatures of the TCPVA resins are lower than those of CPVA.The melt flow rates of the TCPVA resins increase with the increase of GL content and decrease with the extension of testing time. The shear viscosities decrease with the increase of GL content and shear rate,while increase with the extension of testing time. The tensile breaking strength and tensile modulus of the TCPVA films decrease with the increase of GL content,and the tensile elongations at break increase initially and then decrease. The experimental results clearly demonstrate the significant effects of GL content on the properties of TCPVA resins and films.
