摘 要:选用未改性的CaCO_(3)与经硬脂酸改性的CaCO_(3)两种填料制备三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/CaCO_(3)复合材料。对填料的粒径、填料在EPDM/CaCO_(3)复合材料中的分散性、填料与橡胶基体生成结合胶的情况、EPDM/CaCO_(3)复合材料硫化胶的动态性能和力学性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,经硬脂酸改性后CaCO_(3)的粒径变大,降低了填料的聚集性,生成的结合胶含量减少,且改性后的CaCO_(3)分子与橡胶大分子链间的相互作用不明显;经硬脂酸改性的CaCO_(3)填充的EPDM/CaCO_(3)复合材料硫化胶的力学性能下降。Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber(EPDM)/CaCO_(3)composites were prepared using the unmodified and stearic acid modified CaCO_(3)fillers. The particle size of filler,dispersion of filler in EPDM/CaCO_(3)composites,generation of bound rubber from filler and rubber matrix,and dynamic and mechanical properties of vulcanized EPDM/CaCO_(3)composites were studied. The experimental results show that the particle size of stearic acid modified CaCO_(3)filler becomes larger,which reduced the aggregation of filler,the content of bound rubber decrease and the interaction between the modified CaCO_(3)molecule and the rubber macromolecular chain is not obvious. Mechanical properties of vulcanized EPDM/CaCO_(3)composites filled with CaCO_(3)modified by stearic acid decrease.
