全髋关节置换治疗侏儒症合并双侧髋关节发育不良一例

摘　　要：对海南医学院第一附属医院关节外科2019年9月收治的1例侏儒症合并髋关节发育不良的女性患者的临床资料进行分析,总结治疗过程中的经验并结合目前国内外最新文献,分析目前最合理的侏儒症合并髋关节发育不良的临床诊疗方法。本例患者术后下肢功能得到改善,术后恢复效果满意,治疗方案有效。全髋关节置换是治疗侏儒症合并髋关节发育不良的有效术式,瓦格纳型生物型股骨假体(SL-Cone)可以获得较为满意的近期临床效果。The clinical data of a female patient with dwarfism complicated with developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)treated in the Department of Joint Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College in September 2019 was analyzed.We summarized the experience in the treatment and reviewed the latest literature to determine the reasonable method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of dwarfism complicated with DDH.The improved lower limb function and satisfactory recovery of this patient after operation indicated that the treatment scheme was effective.Total hip arthroplasty is an effective method for the treatment of dwarfism complicated with DDH.Wagner prosthesis(SL-Cone)can achieve satisfactory short-term clinical results.
