摘  要:新中国成立以来,经过我国几代烧伤医务工作者不懈努力,大面积烧伤临床救治和基础研究水平不断提高,在烧伤休克防治、创面处理与修复、烧伤感染与脓毒症、烧伤器官功能保护、营养代谢与康复等方面形成了具有中国特色的救治技术和理论,成功建立了中国烧伤治疗方案,危重烧伤患者整体救治水平跻身世界领先。当今日新月异的科技创新推动着医学不断进步,随着元宇宙医学等一系列基于人工智能的虚拟现实技术逐渐成熟,三维生物打印、类器官技术及组织工程皮肤等方面的新突破,为学科发展提供了新契机。要不断加强学科建设,提升应急服务能力,在发展和创新的新征程中再创辉煌。Since the founding of new China,through the continuous efforts of several generations of burn medical workers,the level of clinical treatment and basic research of severe burns have been continuously improved.The prevention and treatment of burn shock,wound treatment and repair,burn infection and sepsis,protection of organs and rehabilitation of severe burn patients have formed a technology and theory with Chinese characteristics.The Chinese burn treatment scheme has successfully established and the overall treatment level of severe burn patients ranks among the world′s leading level.At present,the scientific and technological innovation promotes the continuous progress of medicine.A series of virtual reality technologies based on artificial intelligence,such as metaverse in medicine have gradually matured.New breakthroughs in 3D bioprinting,organoid technology and tissue engineering skin have provided new opportunities for the development of burn medical workers.It is necessary to continuously strengthen discipline construction,improve emergency service capacity,and create more glory in the new journey of development and innovation.
