摘 要:目的通过对骨组织工程支架材料的相关文献进行阅读和归纳总结,对相关文献进行文献计量学和相关热点可视化分析,比较不同年份、基金资助机构、机构、作者、来源出版物、国家、文献被引和关键词的相关数据为将来骨组织工程支架材料的研究提供参考。方法以骨组织工程和支架材料为主题在Web of Science数据库中检索2009年1月1日到2021年12月31日的相关文献,应用文献计量学方法,使用Excel软件对检索到的相关数据进行归纳总结并绘图,利用VOS-viewer软件将文献数据进行可视化分析,并对研究热点进行解读,分析组织工程支架材料的研究现状及发展方向。结果筛选后共纳入了2145篇文献,根据文献计量学分析发现骨组织工程支架材料的发文量在逐年上升,其中2020年发文量最高(261篇),占总发文量12.168%。预测2022年发文量为299篇;从发文量方面看National Natural Science Foundation Of China Nsfc是发文量最多的基金资助机构,有378篇;LEAGUE OF EUROPEAN RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES LERU是发文量最多的机构,共发文80篇;Boccaccini AR是发文量最高的作者,被引总频率1905;MATERIALS SCIENCE ENGINEERING C MATERIALS FOR BIOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS是发表最多的出版物,共110篇占5.128%;中国是发文量最多的国家,多达608篇占28.345%;被引频率最高的文献是Susmita Bose发表在Trends in Biotechnology的一篇文章。[JP2]通过文献耦合分析发现关联强度最高的机构和国家分别是中国科学院和美国;并且关键词耦合可视化分析发现骨组织工程支架材料的研究分为“支架材料类型”“支架材料需要具备的特征及制备”“支架材料的修复过程”三方面,分时段比较分析显示其中“3D打印”“力学性能”“水凝胶”“丝素蛋白”等将成为未来的研究趋势及热点。但是研究最多的是羟基磷灰石、生物材料、体外、力学性能等。结论近年来关于骨组织工�Objective Through reading and summarizing the relevant literature of bone tissue engineering scaffold materials,the relevant literature was analyzed by bibliometrics and related hot spot visualization,to compare the relevant data of different years,funding institutions,institutions,authors,source publications,countries,literature citations and keywords,so as to provide references for future research on scaffold materials for bone tissue engineering.Methods The relevant literatures from January 1,2009 to December 31,2021 in the Web of Science database were retrieved with the theme of bone tissue engineering and scaffold materials.Applying bibliometric methods,the retrieved relevant data were summarized and drawn by Excel.The literature data were visually analyzed by VOS-viewer software,the research hotspots were interpreted,and the research status and development direction of tissue engineering scaffold materials were analyzed.Results A total of 2145 articles were included after screening.According to bibliometric analysis,the number of papers on scaffold materials for bone tissue engineering was increasing year by year,the number of papers issued in 2020 was the highest(261),accounting for 12.168%of the total.It was predicted that 299 papers would be issued in 2022;In terms of the number of documents issued,National Natural Science Foundation Of China Nsfc was the fund supporting institution with the largest number of documents,with 378;LEAGUE OF EUROPEAN RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES LERU was the organization with the largest number of documents,with a total of 80 articles;Boccaccini AR was the author with the highest number of papers,the total cited frequency was 1905,[JP2]and MATERIALS SCIENCE ENGINEERING C MATERIALS FOR BIOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS was the publication with the most publications,with 110 articles accounting for 5.128%;China was the country with the largest number of documents,with up to 608 articles accounting for 28.345%;the most frequently cited document was an article published by Susmita Bose in Trends
