摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对体教融合背景下退役运动员转型体育教师现状、发展机遇进行研究,并提出转型路径。现状:培养理念有待全面、选拔机制有待构建、培训机制有待商榷、协调机制有待统筹、评价机制有待完善。以有力的政策指导、迫切的现实需求为发展机遇,提出转型路径:全面发展,提高培养质量;搭建平台,设立选拔机制;强化提升,充实培训机制;统筹配置,完善协调机制;激励引导,创设评价机制。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the current situation and development opportunity faced by retired athletes transforming into physical education teachers under the background of the integration of sports and education,and put forward the transformation path.Realistic dilemma:The cultivation concept needs to be comprehensive,the selection mechanism needs to be constructed,the training mechanism remains to be discussed,the coordination mechanism needs to be coordinated,and the evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.With strong policy guidance and urgent practical needs as development opportunities,this paper put forward the transformation path:We should develop in an all-round way to improve the quality of cultivation,set up a platform and a selection mechanism,strengthen the promotion to enrich the training mechanism,make overall arrangements to improve coordination mechanisms,and encourage and guide to establish evaluation mechanism.
