摘　　要：针对当前电力大数据中心数据传输延迟、数据质量差现状,提出了保证数据高可靠性的三道防线方案,即基于服务器心跳文件对传输网络链路探测及预警防线、基于三层规则库的数据校验防线、基于实际使用需求的三种数据补录防线。该三道防线已成功应用于南方电网试点项目中。统计表明,其投入使用后,基于电力大数据相关应用系统的可用率提高了近3个百分点、减少了网络调试及故障排查工作量60%以上,为电网调度工作提供更为准确的决策依据。In view of the current situation of data transmission delay and poor data quality in power big data center,this paper puts forward three defense lines to ensure high data reliability,namely,the defense line for transmission network link detection and early warning based on server heartbeat file,data verification defense line based on three-tier rule base,and three data supplementary recording defense line based on actual use requirements.The three defense lines have been successfully applied to the pilot project of CSG.Statistics show that after it is put into use,the availability of relevant application systems based on power big data has increased by 3 percentage,and the workload of network debugging and troubleshooting has been reduced by more than 60%,providing accurate decision-making basis for power grid dispatching.
