摘  要:针对离子型稀土原地浸矿的浸矿液人工配液劳动强度大、所需pH难以控制等问题,设计浸矿液配液自动控制系统。该系统利用传感器感知技术,采集配液过程关键参数,通过西门子S7-300 PLC分析处理并控制动力泵和阀门,以达到控制浸矿液pH的目的。以触摸屏作为人机交互系统,实时监测数据信息和参数的设定。该系统具有稳定、结构简单、适用性强等特点,实现了离子型稀土原地浸矿的浸矿液自动配液,提高了浸矿液质量,提高了生产效率,为稀土原地浸矿采矿提供了有力的保障。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and difficult to control the required pH of leaching solution insitu leaching of ionic rare earth,an automatic control system of leaching solution is designed in this paper.The system uses sensor sensing technology to collect the key parameters of the liquid mixing process,analyze and control the power pump and valve through Siemens S7-300 PLC,so as to control the pH of the leaching solution.The touch screen is used as the human-computer interaction system to monitor the data information and parameter setting in real time.This system has the characteristics of stability,simple structure and strong applicability.It realizes the automatic mixing of leaching solution of ion rare earth in-situ leaching,improves the quality of leaching solution,improves the production efficiency,and provides a favorable guarantee for the leaching of rare earth in-situ leaching.
