摘 要:为满足自走式蓝莓采摘机的工作性能要求,设计一种自走式蓝莓采摘机的行走液压系统。简要介绍该机的主要参数、结构、工作原理及工作流程,完成对行走系统主要元件的选型。利用AMESim软件对行走液压系统进行建模与仿真,仿真了左前轮打滑和左侧双轮打滑的两种工况。仿真结果表明:在左前轮打滑工况下,可以实现前侧流量强制分流,从而帮助采摘机脱离打滑状态;在左侧双轮打滑工况下,可以实现整机流量强制分流,从而帮助采摘机脱离打滑状态,符合设计要求,仿真结果为自走式蓝莓采摘机以及其他自走式采摘机械的行走液压系统的防打滑工况设计提供了参考。To meet the performance requirements of the self-propelled blueberry picking machine, a walking hydraulic system of the self-propelled blueberry picker was designed.The main parameters, structure, working principle and workflow of the machine were briefly introduced.The selection of the main components of the walking system was completed.The modeling and simulation of the walking hydraulic system were carried out by using AMESim, and two working conditions of left front wheel skidding and left double wheel skidding were simulated.The simulation results show that under the condition of left front wheel skidding, the front flow forced shunt can be realized, so as to help the picking machine get out of the skid state;in the left double-wheel skidding condition, the machine flow can be forced to split, so as to help the picking machine out of the skid state.It meets the design requirements and provides a reference for the anti-skid design of the walking hydraulic system of self-propelled blueberry picking machine and other self-propelled picking machines.
