摘 要:建筑领域的能耗在世界能源消耗中占比高达35%,利用太阳能等可再生能源来降低建筑能耗对于节能减排和环境保护具有积极意义。基于相变材料的潜热储能技术可提高建筑材料的热容,促进建筑节能,有助于推进我国能源结构转型,实现碳达峰和碳中和。墙板具有表面积大、安装方便、易于翻新等优点,不仅可以直接用于节能建筑的构建,还可用于原有建筑结构的翻新。相变储能墙板的应用效果受安装位置、墙板结构、相变材料含量等因素的影响。有关相变储能墙板的研究越来越多,但是缺乏对有机相变储能墙板应用效果、影响因素、研究不足等问题的分析。分析了有机相变储能墙板在建筑节能领域的应用,简述了相变储能的历史发展,介绍了直接混合法、浸渍法、宏封装法、定形相变法以及相变胶囊法制备的有机相变储能墙板在建筑中的应用效果,重点分析了定形相变法和相变胶囊法,总结了相变储能墙板的安装位置、墙板结构、胶囊结构等因素对其储热性能的影响,并展望了未来的研究方向。Building energy consumption accounts for up to 35%of the world′s energy consumption.It′s significant for energy conservation and environmental protection by using renewable energy such as solar energy to decrease the building energy consumption.Latent energy storage technology based on phase change materials(PCM)can improve the thermal capacity of building materials and promote energy conservation,which is beneficial to promote the transformation of Chinese energy structure and achieve the goal of peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality.Wallboard has enormous advantages,such as large surface area,convenient installation,and renewal,which is capable of directly be used for the construction of energy-saving buildings and renovate the original building.The application effect of latent energy storage wallboard is affected by some factors,such as installation position,wallboard structure,and the content of PCM.There are more and more researches on latent energy storage wallboard,but there is a lack of analysis on application effect,influencing factors,and investigative deficiency of organic latent energy storage wallboard.In this work,researches of organic latent energy storage wallboard used in the field of building energy conservation are analyzed,the historical development of latent energy storage is described,applications of latent energy storage wallboard are introduced,which is produced by methods of direct mixing,impregnation,macro encapsulation,shape stabilization and micro encapsulation,respectively.In this work,the shape stabilization method and micro encapsulation method are emphatically analyzed and several factors are concluded which affect thermal storage performance of organic latent energy storage wallboard,such as installation position,structure of wallboard,and structure of capsule.Finally,the future research direction is proposed.
