摘 要:采用四水乙酸钴/N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NHPI)复合催化剂,并利用单因素、正交实验等手段探究其催化氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮的最佳工艺条件。考查的单因素条件主要包括反应温度、反应时间、NHPI的用量等。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和高效气相色谱仪(GC)对催化剂和液相产品进行表征和分析。实验结果表明:乙酸钴/NHPI复合催化剂相对于单一体系,具有共同催化作用且能够显著提升效率;乙苯催化氧化制备苯乙酮的最佳反应工艺条件:反应温度为110℃,反应时间为36 h,NHPI的用量为2 g,气源为空气,气速为100 mL/min,此工艺条件下,乙苯转化率可达60.05%,苯乙酮选择性可达90.35%。该乙酸钴/NHPI复合催化剂在乙苯催化氧化制备苯乙酮领域具有良好的工业化应用前景。Cobalt acetate tetrahydrate/N-hydroxyl phthalimide(NHPI)composite catalyst was used to study the optimum process conditions for the synthesis of acetophenone from ethylbenzene by using single factor and orthogonal experiments.The single factor conditions mainly included reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of NHPI,etc.Then,Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and high performance gas chromatograph(GC)were used to characterize and analyze the catalysts and liquid products.The experimental results show that the cobalt acetate/NHPI composite catalyst,compared with a single system,has a common catalytic effect and can significantly improve the efficiency.The optimum reaction conditions for the preparation of acetophenone by the catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene are as follows:reaction temperature 110℃,reaction time 36 h,dosage of NHPI 2 g,gas source is air,gas velocity is 100 mL/min.The conversion of ethylbenzene can reach 60.05%,and the selectivity of acetophenone can reach 90.35%.The cobalt acetate/NHPI composite catalyst has a good industrial application prospect in the field of catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone.
