摘  要:超支化水性聚氨酯因支化度低、分子量小和分散系数较大等因素限制了其应用发展。以二氧化碳共聚物多元醇(PPCD)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)分别作为软、硬段,2,2-羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和二乙醇胺(DEOA)作为扩链剂合成超支化水性聚氨酯,HDI固化剂作为改性助剂。研究发现,所合成的超支化水性聚氨酯分子量低,分散系数较大,综合性能较差,乳液稳定性好。红外测试表明发生固化反应,随着HDI固化剂增加,胶膜综合性能逐渐提高,有较好的耐热性能。当HDI固化剂含量为5%时,其拉伸强度增加了71.03%,可达到24.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为296%,100%定模量高出165.96%,胶膜由软而韧变成强而脆;吸水率降低到6.2%,接触角为88.5°;涂膜的硬度逐渐提高,拥有极好的附着力。Hyperbranched waterbased polyurethanes are limited in their application development due to low branching,small molecular weight and large dispersion coefficient.Carbon dioxide copolymer polyol(PPCD)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)were used as soft and hard segments,respectively,2,2-hydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA)and diethanolamine(DEOA)as chain extenders to synthesize hyperbranched waterborne polyurethanes,and HDI curing agent as modification additives.It was found that the synthesized hyperbranched waterbased polyurethane has low molecular weight,large dispersion coefficient,poor overall performance and good emulsion stability.The infrared test showed that the curing reaction occurred,and as the HDI curing agent increased,the comprehensive film improved gradually,good thermal resistance.When the HDI curing agent content is 5%,its tensile strength increased by 71.03%can reach 24.8 MPa,elongation at break is 296%,100%fixed modulus is 165.96%higher,the film from soft and tough to strong and brittle,water absorption rate reduced to 6.2%,the contact angle is 88.5°,the hardness of the coating film gradually increased,has excellent adhesion.
