摘　　要：球罐作为压力容器,属于一级重大危险源,其内部检验工艺处理过程是风险管控的一项重要内容。通过对球罐倒罐、排空、蒸罐、清罐、检罐、投用等工艺过程进行探究,分析出存在的风险,从而加以管控,保证了球罐检验后的顺利投用,也彰显出球罐管理的严肃性和严谨性。As a pressure vessel,the ball tank is a major hazard source.Its internal inspection process is an important content of risk control.In this paper,the ball tank is emptied,the steam tank is cleaned and inspected.The description of the technological process,such as commissioning,analyzes the existing risks,so as to control them,which ensures the smooth commissioning after the inspection of the ball tank,and also expresses the seriousness and rigor of the management of the ball tank.
