摘  要:乏燃料后处理厂在强酸、高温等严酷运行环境下,设备腐蚀问题比较普遍。本文梳理总结了日本后处理厂出现的腐蚀问题/事件,以及针对这些腐蚀问题/事件开展的试验研究、评价和调查工作,旨在借鉴日本在后处理设备腐蚀方面相关的研究成果和经验,为我国后处理设施关键设备设计和制造、设备寿命预测、预防性维修、定期安全评价等提供参考和技术依据。In severe operating conditions of spent fuel reprocessing plants,such as strong acid and high temperature,equipment corrosion problems are common.The corrosion problems/incidents in Japanese reprocessing plants and some relevant experimental research,evaluation and investigation work carried out by Japanese institutions and scholars were summarized in this paper.The related research results and experience from Japan will provide our country with some reference and technical basis for the design and manufacture,life prediction,preventive maintenance of key equipment,periodic safety evaluation of reprocessing facilities,etc.
