PCB废水提质扩容改造工程设计初探——以福建武平县某污水处理厂委托运营项目为例

摘  要:对印制电路板废水处理厂进行升级改造,充分利用场地空间和原有构筑物池体,采用两级化学混凝沉淀+离子交换树脂工艺对铜镍废水进行预处理,采用碱性两级破氰法处理含氰废水,采取“酸析+化学混凝沉淀”预处理工艺去除废水中大部分难降解有机物,新建+利旧将综合废水处理工艺改造为生化A^(2)/O 3套并联生化工艺.使改造后工程运行良好,处理效果稳定,出水水中的主要污染物金属离子铜、镍、难降解有机物、氰化物、氨氮、总氮、总磷和强酸强碱等均达到GB 21900—2008《电镀污染物排放标准》中表3的标准限值后外排.经过深度处理后回用于企业生产,有利于提高企业的清洁生产水平.Printing circuit board(PCB)wastewater treatment plant is upgraded.The project makes full use of site space and original structure pool,uses two-stage copper nickel chemical coagulation precipitation+ion exchange resin process pretreatment,uses alkaline two-stage cyanide breaking process cyanide containing wastewater,takes“acid analysis+chemical coagulation precipitation”pretreatment process to remove most of the wastewater,and adopts the new+old comprehensive wastewater treatment process into biochemical A^(2)/O three sets of parallel biochemical process.After the transformation,the project runs well,and the treatment effect is stable.The main pollutants in the effluent water are metal ion copper,nickel,difficult biodegradable organic matter,cyanide,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,strong acid and alkali which all meet the standard limits of Table 3 in Electroplating Pollutant Emission Standard(GB21900—2008)and the water can be used for production after deep treatment,which is conducive to enhancing the clean production level of the enterprise.
