摘 要:HJ636-2012水质总氮的测定法中采用220nm和275nm波长的吸光度计算水体中总氮的含量。当水体中浊度较大时,220nm和275nm波长的吸光度会受到干扰而造成偏离真实值的现象。本研究通过第三点波长测量出浊度的影响,并通过计算模型找到三个测量点之间的关系,从而校正波长点在220nm、275nm处的吸光度,消除浊度的干扰。该方法可以解决330NTU以内的浊度不会对总氮在线分析仪的测量造成干扰,确保总氮测量更加准确。HJ636-2012 Water quality-Determination of total nitrogenuses the absorbance at 220 nm and 275 nm to calculate the total nitrogen content in the water body.When the concentration of the turbidity in the water body is large,the absorbance at 220 nm and 275 nm will be disturbed,causing deviation from the true value.In this paper,the influence of turbidity was figured out using the third point wavelength.In addition,the relationship between the three measurement points was exploredthrough the calculation model,which corrects the absorbance at 220 nm and 275 nm and eliminates the interference of turbidity.This method ensures that the turbidity within 330 NTU will not interfere with the measurement of total nitrogenonline analysis,which guarantees the accuracy of the measurement.
