水中挥发酚的测定方法精密度研究

摘  要:利用4个轮次水中挥发酚的测定能力验证结果,对HJ 503-2009《水质挥发酚的测定4-氨基安替比林分光光度法》方法的精密度评定方式进行了研究和探讨,建立了的方法1萃取分光光度法的重复性限r和再现性限R的拟合公式。拟合公式表明:重复性限r的拟合度为0.9945,相关系数为0.997;再现性限R的拟合度为0.9238,相关系数为0.961。重复性限和再现性限的线性相关系数均大于0.95,表明拟合公式在相对应的水中挥发酚检测浓度范围内具有良好的线性,满足日常检测要求。The precision of method was studied and discussed,Based on the results of four rounds of determination of volatile phenols in water.The fitting formula of repeatability limit rand reproducibility limit R of extraction spectrophotometry method 1 in HJ 503-2009"Water quality.Determination of volatile phenolic compounds.4-AAP spectrophotometric method"was established.The fitting formula shows that the fitting degree of reproducibility limit r is 0.9945,and the correlation coefficient is 0.997.The fitting degree of reproducibility limit R was 0.9238,and the correlation coefficient was 0.961.The linear correlation coefficients of repeatability limit and reproducibility limit are both greater than 0.95,which means that the fitting formula has good linearity in the corresponding detection concentration range of volatile phenols in water,according with the requirements of daily detection.
