Objective:To observe the correlation between intestinal flora characteristics and glucose and lipid metabolism in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T DM).Methods:45 children with T DM complicated with 11 ketoacidosis,30 children with T DM and 30 healthy children were selected in hospital from January 2021 to November 12021.The characteristics of intestinal flora and its relationship with glucose and lipid metabolism were analyzed. Results:Enterobacter,Enterococcus and D-lactic acid were positively correlated with HbA1c,GAD AB,IAA,ICA,TC,TG and LDL-C in children with T DM(r>0,P<0.05);Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were negatively correlated 1 with the above indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The main characteristics of children with T DM are the increase of harmful bacteria and the decrease of beneficial bacteria, which are correlated with glucose 1 and lipid metabolism.
