摘　　要：探讨经阴道超声(TVS)、3.0T磁共振(MRI)、断层超声显像(TUI)对筛查输卵管异位妊娠(EP)及预测大出血的价值。回顾3年来我院收治的疑似85例输卵管EP孕妇,进行TVS、3.0T MRI、TUI检查并对比术后病理结果,分析了单一及联合诊断输卵管EP以及预测其大出血的价值。经术后病理证实,联合诊断输卵管EP与术后结果一致性系数Kappa值均为0.868,EP曲线下面积为0.948,预测EP大出血曲线下面积为0.975,联合检测效能明显高于单一指标检测(P<0.05)。结论TVS、3.0T MRI、TUI联合对诊断输卵管EP及预测大出血的临床价值较高。To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasonography(TVS),3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and tomographic ultrasonography(TUI)in screening tubal ectopic pregnancy(EP)and predicting massive bleeding.A retrospective of 85 pregnant women with suspected tubal EP admitted to our hospital in the past 3 years was retrospective.TVS,3.0T MRI and TUI were performed and the postoperative pathological results were compared.The value of single and combined diagnosis of tubal EP and prediction of major bleeding was analyzed.It was confirmed by postoperative pathology that the Kappa value of the combined diagnosis of tubal EP and postoperative results were both 0.868,the area under the EP curve was 0.948,and the area under the curve for predicting EP major bleeding was 0.975.The combined detection efficiency was significantly higher than that of single index detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of TVS,3.0T MRI and TUI has high clinical value in diagnosing tubal EP and predicting major bleeding.
