摘　　要：目的:对脉搏波传导速度的主动脉僵硬度评价及与LP-PLA2的相关性进行实验分析。方法:将健康受检者100例(40-60岁)作为研究主体,研究组:LP-PLA2升高,对照组:LP-PLA2不高,超声测量颈-股PWV、心-股PWV。结果:研究组颈-股PWV、心-股PWV大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组较对照组显著较高(P<0.05);股PWV与心-股PWV呈正相关,颈-股PWV、心-股PWV与LP-PLA2含量间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:心脑血管疾病的发生与脉搏波传导速度增快、颈-股PWV、心-股PWV增高、主动脉血管僵硬度增高有关。Objective:To evaluate aortic stiffness of pulse wave velocity and its correlation with LP-PLA2.Methods:A total of 100 healthy subjects(40-60 years old)were selected as the study subjects.Lp-pla2 was elevated in the study group and low in the control group.Results:The cervico-femoral PWV and heart-femoral PWV in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between femoral PWV and cardio-femoral PWV,and a positive correlation between cervico-femoral PWV and cardio-femoral PWV and LP-PLA2 content(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is associated with increased pulse wave conduction velocity,increased cervico-femoral PWV,increased cardio-femoral PWV,and increased aortic vascular stiffness.
