摘　　要：目的:探讨不同季节可复用器械锈蚀发生情况的差异。方法:笔者医院消毒供应中心2019年1月1日-12月31日处理的复用器械分为春、夏、秋、冬四组,比较不同季节可复用器械锈蚀发生情况的差异。结果:在相同处理流程下,“供应一部”处理的可复用器械在四季复用器械锈蚀的发生率分别为1.37%、1.63%、1.33%和1.24%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);“供应二部”处理的可复用器械不同季节器械锈蚀发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05);“供应一部”与“供应二部”处理的复用器械在夏季锈蚀发生率存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:不同季节复用器械锈蚀发生率存在差异,高温高湿的夏季器械更容易发生锈蚀。Objective:To explore the difference of occurrences of corrosion in reusable medical devices between each st seasons.Method:Reusable medical devices that processed by the Central Sterile supply Department(CSSD)between Jan 1 st to Dec 31,2019is divided into 4 groups:spring,summer,autumn and winter.Compare the occurrences of corrosion between each seasons.Result:Under the same process,the occurrences of corrosion in reusable medical deviceswhich processed by Supply Group No.1(SP1)are 1.37%、1.63%、1.33%and 1.24%(p<0.05).No statistical significance is found from the occurrences of corrosion in the reusable medical devices that processed by Supply Group No.2(SP2)(p>0.05).A statistical differencewas found in the occurrences of corrosion in summer between the devices processed by SP1 and SP2(p<0.05).Conclusion:There is difference of occurrence of corrosion in different seasons.Summer with higher temperature and humidity shows higher rate of corrosion.
