摘  要:为解决核级镍基合金带材国产化尚不成熟问题,完善GH4169带材生产制造工艺,对GH4169带材板坯的热轧工艺进行研究,采用不同的热轧工艺方案获得不同的组织与力学性能。结果表明,终轧温度提高至900℃可以提高动态再结晶晶粒占比约30%,单道次变形量提高至15%~20%可使固溶后的强度、硬度降低,便于加工,但并未对δ相的析出造成影响。In order to solve the problem that the localization of nuclear grade nickel-base alloy strip is not mature and improve the manufacturing process of GH4169 strip, the hot rolling process of GH4169 strip slab is studied. Different hot rolling process schemes are used to obtain different microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that the percentage of dynamic recrystallized grain can be increased by about 30% when the final rolling temperature is increased to 900 ℃, and the strength and hardness of solid solution can be reduced when the single pass deformation is increased to 15~20%, but the precipitation of δ phase is not affected.
