摘 要:为进一步优化材料的阻抗匹配,调节并提高材料的吸收性能,通过热溶剂法制备了不同CNT含量的Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT材料。结果发现,当CNT添加量为50 mg(Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT-50)时,样品在4.15 GHz,厚度为5.5 mm时的最佳损耗值可达-50.37 dB。当CNT添加量增加到70 mg(Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT-70)时,样品的最佳损耗值降低为-29.44 dB,对应匹配厚度降低至2.5 mm,值得注意的是,此样品在匹配厚度为1.5 mm时,有效带宽进一步拓宽为3.83 GHz(13.75~17.58 GHz)。这些说明通过调节材料中介电材料(CNT)的含量,不仅可以调节材料的损耗值,还可以调节材料的微波吸收峰位和带宽,进而调整材料的整体吸波性能,得到满足特殊需求的微波吸收材料。The microwave absorption performance of Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT nanocomposites was investigated. It was found that the changes of CNT content could cause a strong impact on the absorption performance of Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT nanocomposites. Sample with the addition of CNTs at 50 mg(Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT-50) showed very low minimum reflection loss values of-50.37 dB at 4.15 GHz with a matching thickness of 5.5 mm. While by further increasing the adding content of CNTs to about 70 mg(Fe_(3)O_(4)/CNT-70), the nanocomposite showed a decline of its reflection loss value to-29.44 dB, corresponding to a matching thickness of 2.5 mm. However, it was noteworthy that the effective bandwidth of this sample could be further broadened to 3.83 GHz(13.75-17.58 GHz) when the matched thickness was reduced to 1.5 mm. These results indicated that by adjusting the content of dielectric materials(CNT) in the microwave absorbing nanocomposites, it was possible to adjust not only the loss value of the material but also the location and bandwidth of their microwave absorption peak to meet the requirements at the point of care.
