摘 要:以TN-S低压系统和部分电气设备为例,介绍工业现场电气控制系统调试、运行过程中,如何在复杂电磁环境下,通过接地方法解决电磁兼容问题,提高设备运行的稳定性和运维人员的安全性。以直流电源、HMI人机交互界面、电缆和传动装置等设备为例介绍设备接地具体方法,以及接地中的问题及解决方案。This paper takes TN-S low-voltage system and partial of the electrical equipment as example to introduce the method to solve electromagnetic compatibility problemby groundingin complex electromagnetic environment during the commissioning and operation of the electrical control system of industrial site, so as to improve the stability of equipment operation and the safety of operation and maintenance personnel. And also taking DC power supply, HMI, cable, drive system and etc. as example to introduce the specific methods of equipment grounding, as well as the problems and solutions during grounding.
