基于美国NISO开放发现倡议的发现服务行业规范研究

摘　　要：开放发现倡议(ODI)是美国国家信息标准协会(NISO)针对信息资源发现系统发布的实践规范指南,其内容及实践应用对于推进我国发现服务领域的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。本文介绍了ODI的由来,分析其关键内容,并着重分析新版ODI的新增内容。据此,本文在对我国发现服务行业的现状与问题进行分析的基础上,对我国发现服务领域的标准规范建设提出建议,包括建立国际化的标准体系、统筹形成行业内部协同合作机制、制定统一的元数据框架和检索结果排序标准、建设专业的图书馆电子资源团队及管理机制。The Open Discovery Initiative is a practice guide issued by the National Information Standards Institute for discovery service platforms.Its content and practical application have important reference for the development of the discovery services in China.This paper introduces the origin of the ODI,analyzes the key contents of the document,and focuses on the new contents in the updated version of the ODI Recommended Practices and the related questionnaire survey results.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation and problems of the discovery service industry in China,this paper makes suggestions for the standardization of discovery services in China,including the establishment of an internationalized standard system,coordination to form a collaborative and cooperative mechanism within the industry,the development of a unified metadata framework and search result ranking standards,and the construction of a professional library e-resource team and management mechanism.
