我国农村人力资本转移对农业全要素生产率的影响研究

摘　　要：选取2009—2019年省级面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算我国农业全要素生产率,从全国层面、区域层面对农村人力资本转移与农业全要素生产率的关系进行实证分析,并利用中介效应模型检验农业机械化的作用机制。研究发现:农村人力资本转移对农业全要素生产率具有显著的提升作用。东、中部地区农村人力资本转移促进农业全要素生产率的提高,东部地区的提升作用最大,中部地区次之,西部地区农村人力资本转移抑制农业全要素生产率的提高;农业机械化在农村人力资本转移过程中通过遮掩效应促进农业全要素生产率提升。因此,各省份应在推动农村人力资本的有序转移、推进农业机械化、加快新型城镇化发展等方面采取相应措施,以提高农业全要素生产率,有效促进乡村振兴。Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2019,the DEA-Malmquist index method was used to measure the agricultural total factor productivity in China. The relationship between rural human capital transfer and agricultural total factor productivity was empirically analyzed from the national and regional levels,and the intermediate ef fect model was used to test the mechanism of agricultural mechanization. The results show that the transfer of rural human capital has a signifi cant role in promoting the total factor productivity of agriculture. The transfer of rural human capital in eastern and central regions promotes the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity;the eastern region has the greatest contribution,followed by the central region,and rural human resources in the western region inhibited the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity;agricultural mechanization promotes the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity through the concealment effect in the process of rural human capital transfer.Therefore,all provinces should take corresponding measures to promote the orderly transfer of rural human capital,drive agricultural mechanization,and accelerate the development of new urbanization,so as to improve the total factor productivity of agriculture and ef fectively promote rural revitalization.
