摘 要:目的 构建并实施本科护理新生参与论文引读工作坊方案,并探讨护生的实践体验。方法 对50名大一本科护理新生探索性开展了为期5周、40学时的论文引读工作坊的实践活动。采用描述性质性研究方法,对16名参与论文引读工作坊的本科护理新生深入访谈进行实践效果评价。结果 提炼出5个主题:重新感知护理专业价值(护理专业视野拓展、专业自信与认同增强)、启蒙护理科研探究意识、感知文献阅读能力进步、感知个人表达能力提升、感受同伴支持力量。结论 参与论文引读工作坊有助于提高本科护理新生的专业认同和科研意识,此次实践也为论文引读的常态化运行提供了思考与启示,包括积极开展远程查房以及发展多模态的论文引读方式等。Objective To construct and implement a programme for undergraduate nursing freshmen participating in a dissertation elicitation workshop, and to explore practice experiences of the freshmen.Methods An exploratory dissertation elicitation workshop was conducted for 50 undergraduate nursing freshmen, which lasting 5 weeks, 40 class hours.Then 16 undergraduate nursing freshmen who participated in the workshop were interviewed deeply by using descriptive qualitative study method, to evaluate the practice effect of the workshop.Results A total of 5 themes were extracted: reperceiving the value of nursing profession(nursing professional vision expansion, professional self-confidence and identity enhancement), developing an awareness of nursing research inquiry, perceiving an improvement in literature reading skills, perceiving an improvement in personal expression, and feeling the power of peer support.Conclusion Participating in the dissertation elicitation workshop is helpful to improve the professional identity and scientific research awareness of undergraduate nursing freshmen.This practice also provides thinking and enlightenment for the normal operation of dissertation elicitation, including actively carrying out remote ward rounds and developing multi-modal dissertation elicitation methods.
