摘 要:主要探讨以废铁屑为还原剂,辅以硫酸溶液,还原以二氧化锰为主要成分的软锰矿,来获取工业硫酸锰的过程。以产品硫酸锰品位为目标,以滴定分析为检测手段,优化了硫酸与二氧化锰、铁屑的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等参数值。在优化条件下得到含有杂质的硫酸锰初始溶液后,经调节pH值使其中的铁离子,铝离子形成氢氧化物沉淀去除,加入硫化物根据其溶度积的规则除去铜、镍、钴等重金属离子。后经检测其他离子含量符合工业硫酸锰的标准。This paper mainly discusses the process of obtaining industrial manganese sulfate by reducing pyrolusite with manganese dioxide as main component with waste iron scrap as reducing agent and sulfuric acid solution. The molar ratio of sulfuric acid to manganese dioxide and iron filings, reaction temperature and reaction time were optimized with the leaching rate as the target and titration as the detection method. Under optimized conditions, manganese sulfate solution containing more impurities was obtained. After adjusting the pH value, iron ions and aluminum ions in the solution were precip itated and removed as hydroxides. Heavy metal ions such as copper, nickel and cobalt were removed by adding sulfide according to the rules of solubility product. After the detection of other ions content in line with the industrial manganese sulfate standard.
