摘 要:介绍了甲基四氢苯酐生产过程碳五尾气回收利用技术,分析了从原料储存、装卸、使用等过程碳五尾气产生的节点,探讨了甲基四氢苯酐与未反应碳五组分的分离技术对碳五尾气产生的影响,研究了储存、输送环节的平衡、密闭、压力、压缩(或深度)冷凝、吸收等减少碳五尾气产生和回收的技术措施,对高效、深度处理碳五尾气的几种方法进行比较分析,蓄热式焚烧法具有经济性、安全性、自动化程度高等优点。The recycling technology of the C5 offgas in the production process of Methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, were introduced.the nodes of the C5 offgas generation in the process of raw material storage, loading and unloading, and use, were analyzed. the influence of the separation technology of Methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and unreacted C5 component to the C5 offgas generation, were discussed.and the technical measures to reduce the production and recovery of the C5 offgas, such as the balance, sealing, pressure, compression(or deep) condensation,absorption in the storage and transportation links, were studied. By comparing and analyzing several methods of highly efficient and advanced treatment of the C5 offgas, the regenerative incineration method has the advantages of economy, safety and high degree of automation.
