摘　　要：该文以吉林省生活用煤为研究对象,运用排放因子数据、统计年鉴数据等数据进行分析。在全面了解吉林省生活用煤消费现状的基础上,利用《IPCC国家温室气体清单指南(2006)》碳排放核算方法,测算吉林省2011—2020年生活用煤碳排放量并分析排放变化特征。综合分析当前国家政策及未来发展态势的基础上,研判吉林省生活用煤碳达峰情况。This paper takes domestic coal in Jilin Province as the research object, and uses emission factor data and statistical yearbook data for analysis. Based on comprehensive understanding of domestic coal consumption in Jilin Province, using the carbon emission accounting method of 2006 IPCC guidelines for national greenhouse gas inventories, the carbon emissions of domestic coal in Jilin Province from 2011 to 2020 were measured and the characteristics of emission changes were analyzed. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of current national policy and future development situation, the peak of domestic coal consumption in Jilin province is analyzed.
