摘 要:利用水热法制备了LaFeO_(3)/Ti_(4)O_(7)三维粒子电极,以焦化尾水为研究对象,对比分析了LaFeO_(3)/Ti_(4)O_(7)三维电极电化学氧化体系与其他体系的处理效果,并确定出该体系的最佳运行工况条件。结果表明,由LaFeO_(3)/Ti_(4)O_(7)粒子电极构成的三维电化学氧化体系对焦化尾水中的有毒有害物质有很好的降解效果,在粒子电极投加量为1.0g、初始pH为5、电流密度为23mA/cm~2,电化学氧化90min时,尾水中COD去除率达95%,出水COD为4.7mg/L。LaFeO_(3)/Ti_(4)O_(7)three-dimensional particle electrode was prepared by hydrothermal method. Taking coking tail water as the research object, the treatment effects of LaFeO_(3)/Ti_(4)O_(7)three-dimensional electrode electrochemical oxidation system and other systems were compared and analyzed, and the optimum operating conditions of the system were determined. The results show that the three-dimensional electrochemical oxidation system composed of LaFeO_(3)/Ti_(4)O_(7)particle electrode has a good degradation effect on toxic and harmful substances in coking tail water. When the dosage of particle electrode is 1.0 g, the initial pH is 5, the current density is 23 mA/cm~2, and the electrochemical oxidation is 90 min, the COD removal rate of tail water is 95%, and the COD of effluent is 4.7 mg/L.
