摘  要:随着不锈钢产量的不断增加,不锈钢冶炼用镍铁需求量越来越大,但是镍矿资源短缺和品位下降,需要开发新的含镍资源。中色镍业有限公司在原料中配加适量的含镍精炼渣进行生产实验,结果表明:含镍精炼渣的添加,降低了渣铁温度,改善了炉况;开发了镍铁精炼渣固体废弃物的循环再利用,增加了镍资源的回收。With the continuous increase of stainless steel production, the demand for ferronickel for stainless steel smelting is increasing,but the shortage of nickel ore resources and the decline of grade require the development of new nickel resources. CNMC Nickel Co., Ltd., added appropriate nickel containing refining slag to raw materials for production experiments. The results showed that the addition of nickel containing refining slag reduced the temperature of slag iron and improved the furnace condition;The recycling of resources has been developed to increase the nickel recovery rate.
