摘 要:以新疆艾维尔沟矿区9号煤层+2020水平回风石门、行人平巷及回风联络巷为背景,采用KX-02型空芯包体应力解除方法,主要通过对实测数据的应力解除曲线解算获得应力分布状态,重点从测点选择、应变计安装、实测数据的分析处理等方面详细展示了地应力测量过程中的一些关键性问题。单单进行地应力测量还是存在不足的,为此采用CT-2型超声波围岩裂隙探测仪对围岩松动圈范围进行测试,并根据测试结果,对新疆艾维尔沟矿区9号煤层巷道支护设计提供指导,并结合煤体结构分析提出了新疆艾维尔沟矿区9号煤层当前条件下巷道支护存在的主要问题、难点与控制关键。Taking No. 9 coal seam +2020 horizontal return air shimen, pedestrian drift and return air connection roadway of Aiweigou Mining Area in Xinjiang as background, the stress relief method of KX-02 hollow core inclusion is adopted. The stress distribution state is obtained by calculating the stress relief curve of measured data. Some key problems in the process of in-situ stress measurement are presented in detail from the selection of measuring points, installation of strain gauge and analysis and processing of measured data. Therefore, CT-2 ultrasonic surrounding rock fissure detector is used to test the range of surrounding rock loose circle. According to the test results, it provides guidance for the support design of No.9 coal seam roadway in Aiweigou Mine area of Xinjiang. Combined with the coal structure analysis, the main problems, difficulties and control keys of roadway support under the current conditions of No.9 coal seam in Aiweigou mining area in Xinjiang are put forward.
