摘 要:本专业基于石油高校的特色,制定了四位一体的生产实习教学模式,即通过炼油厂和机械厂现场实习、校内石化设备拆装实习、线上工艺单元仿真、企业专家授课四个环节,全面培养学生各方面能力。实习期间还开展了课程思政,及时了解学生的心理需要,对学生进行鼓励和指导,对学生未来规划起到了一定帮助作用。根据所制定的教学模式,针对不同的课程教学目标分别制定了相应的考核模式。通过课程分析发现,该教学模式取得了不错的效果,近几年都达成了很好的教学目标。Based on the characteristics of petroleum, our major has developed a four-in-one production practice teaching mode, which includes on-site practice in oil refineries and machinery factories, on-campus petrochemical equipment disassembly and assembly practice, online process unit simulation, and enterprise expert teaching, to improve students’ abilities in all aspects. During the internship, the ideological and political courses were also carried out to understand the psychological needs of students in a timely manner, and to encourage and guide students, which played a certain role in students’ future planning. According to the established teaching mode, corresponding assessment modes are formulated for different teaching objectives. Through course analysis, it is found that the teaching mode has procuced good results and achieved good teaching goals in recent years.
