摘  要:进行高压富水区大断面扁平李洞隧道施工时,通过建立模型试验研究衬砌结构承载特征,对初支及衬砌参数进行优化及加强。针对高压富水易导致仰拱隆起,提出集中出水点预埋PE管;防排水全包断面;发明喷淋和喷雾养护台车,提高衬砌养护质量,增强其防水抗压能力;仰拱底设置纵横向连通盲沟排水,两侧暗沟底钻设泄水孔。通过采取上述系列综合措施,确保了隧道的施工及运营安全。采取的多项技术经实践效果良好,可供实际工程设计、施工参考。During the construction of large section flat Lidong tunnel in high pressure water rich area,the bearing characteristics of lining structure are studied through model test,and the initial support and lining parameters are optimized and strengthened.In view of the high pressure and rich water easily leading to the uplift of the inverted arch,the embedded PE pipe at the centralized outlet is proposed;Waterproof and drainage all inclusive section;The spraying and spray curing trolley are invented to improve the lining curing quality and enhance its waterproof and compressive strength;Vertical and horizontal blind ditches are set at the bottom of the inverted arch for drainage,and drain holes are drilled at the bottom of the blind ditches on both sides.By taking the above series of comprehensive measures,the safety of tunnel construction and operation is ensured.Many techniques adopted have been proved to be effective in practice and can be used for reference in practical engineering design and construction.
