摘 要:在技术水平不断提升的过程中,水性工业涂料应运而生。相比于传统的溶剂型涂料,水性工业涂料将水作为携带固体组分的载体,可以在一定程度上减少VOCs的排放。为了验证这一特点,对部分水性工业涂料样品进行了实验,分析了其VOCs排放特征及对环境的影响。实验结果表明,不同类型水性工业涂料的组分特征及对环境影响不同,但水性涂料对环境影响比溶剂型涂料小,所以需要利用水性工业涂料代替溶剂型涂料,从而减少VOCs的排放并降低二次污染物的生成量。In the process of constantly improving the technical level,water-based industrial coatings came into being.Compared with traditional solvent based coatings,waterborne industrial coatings use water as a carrier to carry solid components,which can reduce VOCs emissions to a certain extent.In order to verify this feature,some samples of waterborne industrial coatings were tested,and their VOCs emission characteristics and environmental impact were analyzed.The experimental results show that the composition characteristics and environmental impact of different types of waterborne industrial coatings are different,but the environmental impact of waterborne coatings is smaller than that of solvent based coatings.Therefore,it is necessary to use waterborne industrial coatings to replace solvent based coatings,so as to reduce VOCs emissions and reduce the generation of secondary pollutants.
