摘  要:浙江兴兴新能源科技有限公司MTO装置碳四汽化器系统因聚合结垢导致传热效果变差,需提高加热蒸汽量达到汽化效果,严重时造成汽化器堵塞,汽化器清理周期缩短。这不仅会导致物料和能量损耗,而且加大操作人员操作难度,影响装置长周期运行。通过使用浙江杭化科技股份有限公司生产的新型抗垢剂HK-18D,有效抑制了汽化器高温结垢,从而改善了汽化器传热效率,减少了物料和能量损失,同时降低了操作人员工作负荷。工业应用结果表明,HK-18D在线除垢及阻垢效果良好,且使用HK-18D对装置运行和产品质量无不良影响。The C4 vaporizer system of Zhejiang Xingxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. MTO plant has poor heat transfer effect due to polymerization and scaling. It is necessary to increase the amount of heating steam to achieve the vaporization effect. In serious cases, the vaporizer is blocked, and the cleaning cycle of the vaporizer is shortened. This will not only lead to material and energy loss, but also increase the operating difficulty of operators and affect the long-term operation of the device. By using the new scale inhibitor HK-18D produced by Zhejiang Hanghua Technology Co., Ltd., the high-temperature scaling of the vaporizer is effectively inhibited, thus improving the heat transfer efficiency of the vaporizer, reducing material and energy losses, and reducing the workload of operators. The industrial application results show that HK-18D has good online scale removal and inhibition effect,and the use of HK-18D has no adverse impact on the operation of the unit and product quality.
