往复式高压柱塞泵填料函拆卸工具的设计与应用

摘　　要：煤化工企业的关键设备往复式高压柱塞泵在生产运行中需要对填料函进行检、维修更换填料,在无专用拆装工具的情况下,拆卸难度大,需要多人配合才能完成安装、拆卸,员工工作负荷比较大,费时费力。基于我司的往复式高压柱塞泵的更换现状可知,更换11台机器的填料函共需154h,每两个月需要更换一次,也就意味着每两个月需要花费6~7d左右的时间更换填料函,总体耗时较长。为解决上述问题,根据检维修现场实际操作情况,设计出一种往复式高压柱塞泵填料函的专用拆卸工具。同时,设计了一种用于延长填料函使用寿命的压紧工具,并在实际生产检维修中进行了成功应用。The reciprocating high-pressure plunger pump, a key equipment in the coal chemical industry, needs to inspect, repair and replace the stuffing box during production and operation. Without special disassembly tools,it is difficult to disassemble, and requires more people to cooperate to complete the installation and disassembly.The workload of employees is relatively large, time-consuming and laborious. Based on the replacement status of our reciprocating high-pressure plunger pump, it takes 154 hours to replace the stuffing box of 11 machines, and it needs to be replaced every two months, which means that it takes about 6-7 days to replace the stuffing box every two months, which takes a long time. In order to solve the above problems, a special disassembling tool for stuffing box of reciprocating high-pressure piston pump is designed according to the actual operation on the inspection and maintenance site. At the same time, this research has designed a kind of pressing tool for extending the service life of stuffing box, which has been successfully applied in the actual production inspection and maintenance.
