摘　　要：在聚酯生产中,工艺塔经常发生堵塞,导致企业生产波动,直接影响产品生产质量,情况严重还会造成工艺停车。因此,需要找出问题原因,实施合理改造。对此,首先阐述了工艺塔设备的工作原理,而后以某企业聚酯生产中主工艺流程概况为例,分析工艺塔存在的问题以及工艺塔堵塞原因,在此基础上,提出工艺塔改造方法,并对其效果进行了总结。为进一步优化聚酯生产,以工艺塔出料管线堵塞为具体案例展开分析,旨在解决工艺塔堵塞问题,为生产做好基础保障工作。In polyester production, the process tower is often blocked, which leads to the production fluctuation of the enterprise, directly affects the product production quality, and even causes the process shutdown in serious cases. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the cause of the problem and implement reasonable transformation. In this regard, this paper first expounds the working principle of the process tower equipment, and then takes the overview of the main process flow in the polyester production of an enterprise as an example to analyze the problems existing in the process tower and the reasons for the blockage of the process tower. On this basis, this paper puts forward the transformation method of the process tower, and summarizes its effect. In order to further optimize polyester production, take the blockage of the discharge pipeline of the process tower as a specific case to analyze, in order to solve the blockage of the process tower and do a good job in basic guarantee for production.
