摘  要:渤海某油田属于小型边际油田,油田原油属于高含蜡原油,油田新建无人井口平台,井产物流直接通过新建海管外输。为节省投资,降低成本,对新建混输海管采用国产挠性管方案进行了研究,通过对典型年份的海管稳态水力和热力分析,及海管的流动保障分析等进行了论证,同时与新建混输海管采用钢管方案进行了对比,结果表明,采用混输挠性管方案,海管的入口压力、出口温度和置换流量和时间均有变化。An oilfield in Bohai Sea belongs to a small marginal oilfield, and the crude oil of the oilfield belongs to high wax crude oil. An unmanned wellhead platform is built in the oilfield, and the well production fluid will be exported through the new subsea pipeline. In order to save investment and reduce cost, the domestic flexible pipeline scheme is studied for the new mixed transportation subsea pipeline. Through the calculation of the subsea pipeline steady state hydraulic and thermal analysis results in typical years, and the flow assurance analysis of subsea pipeline,and compared with the steel pipeline scheme for the new mixed transportation subsea pipeline, it can be seen that the inlet pressure, outlet temperature, replacement flow and time of the subsea pipeline change with the mixed transportation flexible pipeline scheme.
