摘  要:甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)作为高辛烷值清洁汽油调和组分,硫含量要求逐步降低至国VIB车用汽油标准的10mg/kg,针对MTBE脱硫技术中常用的前脱硫和后脱硫工艺技术,通过流程模拟结果,对比分析了两种工艺的物料平衡、运行成本和设备投资三个因素,后脱硫工艺具有更高的脱硫效率,在物料损耗、运行能耗和一次投资方面都更具有优势,是一种更经济可行的方案。As a blending component of clean gasoline with high octane number,methyl tert butyl ether(MTBE)is required to gradually reduce the sulfur content to 10mg/kg of the national VI B vehicle gasoline standard.In view of the pre desulfurization and post desulfurization processes commonly used in MTBE desulfurization technology,through the process simulation results,the three factors of material balance,operation cost and equipment investment of the two processes are compared and analyzed.The post desulfurization process has higher desulfurization efficiency in terms of material loss It has more advantages in operating energy consumption and primary investment,and is a more economical and feasible scheme.
