摘 要:以冷藏车温度作为研究对象,通过实验测试与数值模拟相结合的方法研究冷藏车开门过程厢体内温度变化的特征。搭建了冷藏车实验台、建立了冷藏车物理模型和数学模型,采用FLUENT软件完成了冷藏车(90%满载状态下)车门开启过程的瞬态计算。分析了不同环境温度对冷藏车车门开启后平均温度和温度分布的影响。结果表明:环境温度是重要的影响因素,货物整体三个外表面受冷藏车门开启时间影响程度各不相同。为后续冷藏车温度分布的数值模拟研究提供参考。In this paper, the temperature of refrigerated truck is taken as the research object, and the characteristics of the temperature change during the opening process of refrigerated truck are studied through the method of combining experimental test and numerical simulation. The test bed of refrigerated truck, physical and mathematical models are built up. FLUENT is used to complete the transient calculation of the door opening process of refrigerated truck(under 90% full load). The effects of different ambient temperatures on the average temperature and temperature distribution of refrigerated truck doors after opening were analyzed. The results show that the ambient temperature is an important factor, and the three outer surfaces of the cargo are affected by the opening time to varying degrees. This paper could provide reference for the simulation and calculation of refrigerated truck temperature distribution in the future.
