探析西宁市公交都市创建工作的成效及亮点

摘　　要：西宁市被交通运输部批准为公交都市建设示范工程第二批创建城市。结合西宁市的发展实际,《实施方案》涵盖了重大工程、特色工程、能力建设三大板块,十项工程。西宁市公交都市建设项目以提升城市承载功能、保障民生服务作为实现目标。本文结合西宁市发展的实际情况,评估了西宁市公交都市建设项目的实施效果,分析了当中的工作亮点,并对西宁市公交都市发展对策与建议。Xining City was approved as the second batch of cities for the construction demonstration project of bus cities by the Ministry of Transport.Combined with the development reality of Xining City,the Implementation Plan covers three major projects,characteristic projects and capacity-building,and ten projects.The goal of the Xining bus urban construction project is to improve the carrying function of the city and ensure people's livelihood services.Combined with the actual situation of Xining's development,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of Xining's bus city construction project,analyzes the highlights of the work,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Xining's bus city.
