桥梁木桩基础加固施工中注浆法的应用

摘　　要：桥梁木桩基础的承载力与稳定性直接影响到桥梁的安全与使用寿命,传统的桥梁木桩安装加固方法能基本维持桥梁的正常形态,但易于发生桥梁安全质量问题。在注浆法加固机理基础上,将注浆法应用于桥梁木桩基础加固施工中,克服传统桥梁木桩基础加固方法的局限性与缺陷。选取桥梁木桩基础加固实例,分析桥梁木桩加固工程概况,进行注浆试验,选取钻孔点,进行钻孔与成孔,实施注浆法加固工程,按顺序进行注浆,在此基础上检查注浆加固实施结果。通过工程实例,介绍注浆法运用于桥梁木桩基础加固施工的方法与流程。进行对比试验,结果表明,注浆法有利于增强桥梁承载力,在桥梁木桩基础加固中具有良好的应用价值。The bearing capacity and stability of the bridge wooden pile foundation directly affect the safety and service life of the bridge.The traditional bridge wooden pile installation and reinforcement methods can basically maintain the normal shape of the bridge,but the bridge safety and quality problems are prone to occur.On the basis of the reinforcement mechanism of the grouting method,the grouting method is applied to the reinforcement construction of the wooden pile foundation of the bridge to overcome the limitations and defects of the traditional method of strengthening the wooden pile foundation of the bridge.Select examples of bridge wood pile foundation reinforcement,analyze the general situation of bridge wood pile reinforcement engineering,conduct grouting tests,select drilling points,conduct drilling and hole formation,implement grouting reinforcement works,and perform grouting in order,based on this foundation Check the results of grouting reinforcement implementation.Through engineering examples,the method and process of applying grouting method to the reinforcement construction of bridge wooden pile foundation are introduced.A comparative test was carried out,and the experimental results showed that the grouting method is beneficial to enhance the bearing capacity of the bridge and has good application value in the reinforcement of the wooden pile foundation of the bridge.
