摘 要:提出一种基于AI大数据的网络价值分析体系,构建面向目标价值客户的政企精品网融合演进规划方法论与网络差异化建设部署策略。通过目标客户覆盖清单、业网匹配、价值分区、现状分析、精确选点、架构成型和差异化部署等7步精准规划,实现高价值区域的100%覆盖和中低价值区域目标客户100%接入的双百目标;构建安全、智能、便捷的SD-OTN全光政企精品网,实现全光高速泛在接入,网络SDN化、一网统管和一点可达;满足未来政企新增目标客户和存量迁移客户的接入需求。It proposes a network value analysis system based on AI big data,and constructs a government enterprise boutique network integration evolution planning methodology and network differentiation construction deployment strategy for target value customers. Through the seven step precise planning methodology of target customer coverage list,business network matching,value zoning,current situation analysis,accurate point selection,Architecture molding,differentiated deployment,it can achieve the double hundred goal of 100% coverage in high-value areas and 100% access of target customers in lowand medium-value areas. The construction of a safe,intelligent and convenient SD-OTN all-optical government enterprise boutique network can realize all-optical high-speed ubiquitous access,network SDN,one network unified management and one point accessibility,which can meet the access needs of newtarget customers and stock migration customers of government and enterprises in the future.
