摘 要:随着新型智慧城市、数字孪生城市建设进入爆发期,基于AI+BIM融合的建筑快速建模技术在智慧城市领域的应用已逐渐展开新的探索和尝试,应用价值日益凸显。通过AI和BIM技术深度结合,逐渐开发完善一个全新的三维建筑建模的AutoML集成算法技术平台,实现智慧城市领域建筑、市政、路桥等全行业快速高精建模及高价值场景应用,降低了BIM建模成本和难度,拓展了BIM模型深度应用的范围和场景,使BIM模型数据一图到底,支撑基于数字孪生的智慧城市建设。As the construction of newsmart city and digital twin city enters the outbreak period,the application of rapid building modeling technology based on AI+BIM fusion has been gradually explored and tried in the field of smart city,and its application value has become increasingly prominent. By the BIM technology depth combined with AI,it gradually develops a newAutoML integration algorithm of 3D building modeling technology platform,which achieves industry-wide rapid and high precision modeling and high value of application scenarios of construction,municipal,road and bridge of smart urban area,reduces the cost and difficulty of BIM modeling and expands the scope and depth of the BIM model application scenarios. The BIM model data can be mapped to the end to support the construction of smart cities based on digital twins.
