摘　　要：装配式凸轮轴将传统的一体式凸轮轴拆分为装配式结构,由空心凸轮片和空心管组成。具有质量轻、加工成本低、材料利用合理等优点。本文主要研究空心凸轮片表面强化工艺,设计匹配的感应器,探讨加热频率、加热时间及加热功率对凸轮片表层组织及性能的影响,确定最佳工艺。结果表明:设备电源的功率为126 kW、频率为16 kHz、淬火剂选用浓度为10%的PAG水溶液、加热时间2.3 s、冷却时间2 s,凸轮的表面硬度达到62HRC、桃尖淬硬层的深度达到2.5 mm、金相组织为细小针状马氏体、均匀分布的细小碳化物、少量残余奥氏体和少量屈氏体组成,满足技术要求。The assembled camshaft divides the traditional integrated camshaft into an assembled structure, which is composed of hollow cam plates and hollow tubes. The utility model has the advantages of light weight,low processing cost,reasonable material utilization,and etc. This paper mainly studies the surface strengthening process of hollow camshaftdesigns the matching inductor,discusses the influence of heating frequency,heating time and heating power on the surface structure and properties of cam,and determines the best process. The results show that the power supply of the equipment is 126 kW,the frequency is 16 kHz,the concentration of PAG aqueous solution is 10%,the heating time is 2.3 s,and the cooling time is 2 s. The surface hardness of the cam reaches 62HRC,the depth of peach tip hardening layer reaches 2.5 mm, and the metallographic structure is fine acicular martensite,uniformly distributed fine carbides,a small amount of residual austenite and a small amount of Troostite,which meets the technical requirements.
