摘 要:GF88赤铁精矿由卡拉加斯粉研磨而成,可作为球团精粉的补充资源。在对GF88赤铁精矿基本物理、化学性能研究的基础上,通过实验研究和工业试验考察其造球和焙烧性能。结果表明:虽然高铁低硅GF88赤铁精矿粒度较粗,但成球性好,有利于改善混合料成球性、降低膨润土配比。卧式炉焙烧试验中GF88赤铁精矿取代同为赤铁矿的进口矿A可明显提高球团矿抗压强度。工业试验进一步证实了GF88赤铁精矿具有良好的造球和焙烧性能,且不会影响球团产、质量。因此,在链篦机-回转窑生产中配用GF88赤铁精矿是可行的,推荐配比为10%~20%。GF88 hematite concentrate is grinded from carajas powder. It can be used as a supplementary resource of pellet concentrate. This paper is based on the study of the basic physical and chemical properties of GF88 hematite concentrate. The pelletizing and roasting properties were investigated through tests. The results show that GF88 hematite concentrate with high iron and low silicon, though the particle size is relatively coarse, its great balling performance is helpful to improve the balling performance of mixture and reduce the bentonite ratio. In horizontal furnace roasting test, GF88 can improve the compressive strength of pellets by replacing imported ore A which is also hematite. The industrial test further confirmed that the concentrate has good pelletizing and roasting properties,and will not influence the production and quality of pellets. Therefore,it is feasible to use it in grate rotary kiln production,and the recommended ratio is 10%~20%.
