摘 要:本文对湘钢360 m2烧结1#机蒸汽预热混合料技术在生产实践过程中存在的问题及影响进行分析,结合自身工艺特点对烧结上料系统采取阶段预热技术并改进传热方式,充分利用蒸汽热能,使混合料克服外部环境影响而长期保持在露点以上,进而减轻过湿层现象,促进烧结过程的稳定性和产质量提升。通过相关技术的完善,解决了台车宽度方向上混合料温度、水分的差异问题,同时为布料工艺的改善和节能降耗带来积极作用。混合料料温整体提高10℃左右,水分下降0.2%,利用系数提高0.04 t/(m^(2)·h),固体燃耗下降0.51 kg/t。In this paper,the problems and influences of steam preheating mixture technology in the production practice of Xiangang 360 m2sintering 1#machine are analyzed. Combined with its own process characteristics,stage preheating technology is adopted for sintering feeding system and the heat transfer mode is improved to make full use of steam heat energy,so that the mixture can overcome the influence of external environment and keep the temperature above the dew point for a long time. Thus over wet layer is relieved, the stability of sintering process is promoted and production quality is improred. Through the improvement of related technology, the difference problem of temperature and moisture of the mixture in the direction of the width of the trolley is solved,and meanwhile,it brings positive effect for the improvement of the cloth process and energy saving and consumption reduction. The overall mixture temperature increases by about 10 ℃,the moisture decreases by 0.2%,the utilization coefficient increases by 0.04 t/(m^(2)·h),and the solid fuel consumption decreased by 0.51 kg/t.
