摘 要:桑螟(Glyphodes pyloalis Walker)是桑树重要害虫。桑螟有成虫取食现象,但是取食获得的水和糖分对于求偶、交配和繁殖的影响并不清楚。本研究利用卵巢解剖、行为观察、性信息素滴度的分析,详细研究了喂食对桑螟存活、求偶、交配和繁殖的影响。桑螟羽化后雌蛾卵巢并未成熟,但可以当日交配,雌蛾平均交配次数为1.3次,雄蛾则为2.7次,雄蛾的交配次数显著高于雌蛾,交配间隔时间雌蛾长于雄蛾。饥饿不喂食桑螟成虫存活时间短(雌蛾3.47 d,雄蛾3.13 d)、交配次数少(0.53次)、产卵量低(21.3粒),卵孵化率低(82.2%)。喂食纯水的桑螟成虫存活时间显著增加(雌蛾6.72 d,雄蛾6.13 d),交配次数提高(1.0次),产卵量也显著增加(62.3粒),卵孵化率高(96.3%)。喂食糖水的桑螟成虫存活时间最长(雌蛾10.0 d,雄蛾9.59 d)、交配次数高(1.38次)、产卵量高(204.4粒)、卵孵化率高(92.8%)。由于寿命的极大差异,喂食糖水与纯水的雌蛾在交配次数、产卵量上都有显著差异,但在卵孵化率上无显著差异。饥饿情况下释放性信息素的雌蛾比率比较低,只有45.5%,喂水或糖水则高达100%,但性信息素滴度无显著差异。桑螟喂食的关键时间是羽化后的起始2天,这2天需要喂食糖分,2 d后,桑螟成虫则需要水。本研究结果认为桑螟成虫完整的存活、求偶、交配和繁殖必须补充水和糖类物质,这些结果可为桑螟的精准监测和有效防控提供理论依据。The lesser mulberry pyralid(Glyphodes pyloalis Walker) is an important pest of mulberry. The lesser mulberry pyralid moths need feeding after emergence, but the impact of the water and sugar obtained from feeding on courtship, mating and reproduction is unknown. In this study, the ovarian anatomy, behavioral observation and analysis of sex pheromone titer were employed to study in detail the effects of feeding on the survival, courtship, mating and reproduction of the lesser mulberry pyralid moths. After the emergence, the ovary of female moth is unmatured, but can mate on the same day. The average mating frequency of female moth is 1.3, and that of male moths is 2.7. The mating frequency of male moth is significantly higher than that of female moth, but the mating interval of female moth is longer than that of male moth. The starved moth has a short survival time(female moth 3.47 d, male moth 3.13 d), low mating frequency(0.53), low egg production(21.3), and low hatchability of eggs(82.2%). The survival time of moths fed with water increase significantly(female moth 6.72 d, male moth 6.13 d). Meanwhile, the mating frequency(1.00), the egg production(62.3), and the hatchability of eggs(96.3%) also increase accordingly. The moths fed with sugar water have the longest survival time(female moth 10.0 d, male moth 9.59 d). Mating frequency(1.38), egg production(204.4) and the hatchability of eggs(92.8%) are also the highest. Due to the huge difference in life longevity, female moth fed with sugar and water have significant differences in mating frequency and egg production, but there is no significant difference in the hatchability of eggs. The percentage of female moths that release sex pheromone is relatively low under starvation, only 45.5%, but can reach 100% when fed with water or sugar water. There is no significant difference in the titer of sex pheromone. The critical time for moth feeding is the first 2 days after emergence. Sugar is required for these early 2 days.
